iâm getting to move in today! letâs just say the ladies at the front office are simply AMAZING! iâve had a really hard time getting a home for me and my now 2 year old son. the fact that heâs going to come home to his own decked out bluey room and bathroom! we finally after so long get to call something home. iâm so glad and beyond blessed for getting approved and these ladies just donât understand how much i really truly appreciate them! i canât thank them enough!
The leasing agents are really professional, great at communication, very understanding. Iâm really amazed with how nice they are !

This is my favorite apartment Iâve lived at in Albuquerque. Itâs a little expensive but the neighborhood is so nice. The leasing ladies are so kind and really take you seriously when youâre having an issue. And lastly the maintenance man is such a g.o.a.t heâs the only one here and heâs always busting his a$$ for us.
Chris is a wonderful maintenance worker. Very friendly and helpful. He communicates well and works in a timely fashion. He makes living at Northpointe Village enjoyable with just his smile. Very grateful for him!
