This is my favorite apartment I’ve lived at in Albuquerque. It’s a little expensive but the neighborhood is so nice. The leasing ladies are so kind and really take you seriously when you’re having an issue. And lastly the maintenance man is such a g.o.a.t he’s the only one here and he’s always busting his a$$ for us.

Chris is a wonderful maintenance worker. Very friendly and helpful. He communicates well and works in a timely fashion. He makes living at Northpointe Village enjoyable with just his smile. Very grateful for him!

Was happy to get the Air Conditioning fixed. Thanks for the fast response.

Previously I had left a "not so good" review about Northpointe, BUT let me update that... Since the NEW management team started in April, V, Dee and Daisy have worked diligently to make this a wonderful place to live. Thank you ladies, you are Awesome. They have added Chris and Andrew (maintenance team) who have worked tirelessly to respond to and fix old, pending and new work orders for the entire property. Thanks guys... you're great. I had a lot of issues with things needing done and they have ALL been taken care of. I am now a very happy resident and I AM PROUD TO CALL NORTHPOINTE VILLAGE, HOME. If you're looking for a new place to lay your head, come CheckOut NPVA. You'll be glad you did.
